Aurora Beacon News: Elsie Barbara Wilson, 93 of Sandwich, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, August 16, 1994, at Willowcrest Nursing Pavillion, in Sandwich, Illinois. She was born October 21, 1900, in Oswego, Illinois, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Seidelman. She was married to Mr. William M. Wilson and spent her years as a devoted wife and mother.
Survivors include her son, LeRoy H. (Beverly Biehl) Wilson, of Sandwich, Illinois; eight grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; two brothers, August "Augie" (Dorothy) Seidelman, of Oswego, Harold (Ardis) Seidelman, of Aurora; three sisters, Lydia Carpenter, of Yorkville, Minnie Reynolds, of Aurora, and Marie (LeRoy) Calkins of Montgomery; as well as a daughter-in-law, Betty Wilson of Sandwich; and a sister-in-law, Anna (Mrs. Leonard) Seidelman of Chicago;
and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband; two sons, William J. Wilson and Donald Wilson in childhood; two brothers, Leonard Seidelman, Jr. and Fred Seidelman; and a sister-in-law, Ruth Seidelman.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 18, 1994 at 3 pm at the Larson-Nelson Funeral Home, 20 N. Hale St. Plano, Illinois with Rev. Todd Singley officiating. Interment will follow at the Oak Ridge Cemetery in Sandwich. Friends may call on Thursday, August 18, 1994 from 1 pm to the time of service at 3 pm at the Larson-Nelson Funeral Home, 20 N. Hale St. Plano. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
