Luvenia is the daughter of Marksey Lafayette and Ardelia Todd. She had 10 siblings that lived. They are:

Addie Arminta Todd Williams (1893 - 1970)*
Elsie Marie Todd Bunch (1896 - 1990)*

Henry Alonzo "Lonnie" Todd (1900 - 1975)*
Arizona Todd James (1904 - 1970)*
Armina Todd Williams (1906 - 1994)*
Anne Arminta Todd (1908 - 1926)*

On 3 Apr 1905, she married William M. Blankenship in Sevier Co., Arkansas. They had 4 children - 2 boys and 2 girls and they are:

George William "Red" Blankenship 1906 - 1943
Alvin L. Blankenship 1907 – 1969
Vicie Lou Blankenship 1908 – 1999
Orrie Blankenship 1910 – 1910

Luvenia was ill and the mother of a new baby and 3 other children. She did not have but a month to spend with her new baby girl. Her health did not allow her more. Her mother cared for her in her final days, along with her new baby. She died when her daughter Orrie, was a month old. Six months later, baby Orrie joined her. Her husband William had to leave the children with their grandparents M.L. and Ardelia Todd, while he found work. He later remarried and the children were then with him. Luvenia was my great aunt. The family all called her Viney or Vinie.

NOTE: I send many thanks to my lovely and sharing cousin Norma Whisenhunt for telling me about Vinie and all my Todd great aunts. She has spent many hours sharing information of my Todd family with me.

Rest now Aunt Vinie, with your sweet baby girl Orrie....
