Clarence Ira Bowers was the son of Abraham James Bowers Sr. and Christena Sinclair Bowers. He married Lydia Christina Sackett on July 3, 1939. Following her death, he later married Nina Chappell Hanson.He was affectionately called "Unk" because he was everyone's favorite uncle (and my favorite great uncle). He always had a joke to tell and a wink in his eye.
