Lucy was the daughter of Jeptha Dudley Nall & Mary Jane Abell. She had a twin, Mary, who died in infancy. Lucy married Nimrod Rout Dunlap on 28 December 1871 & they had 9 children.
(The death date on Lucy's tombstone is incorrect. She died in 1894.)

Lewis Co. Journal, Monticello, MO, Feb. 3, 1894:
Mrs. N. R. Dunlap died at her home, three miles south of Monticello, Thursday evening, January 25th, 1894, from the growth of a tumor on her arm.
Deceased was the eldest daughter of Jeptha D. Nall, and was born in Lewis county, July 11th, 1847.
The husband and daughter have lost a faithful and loving wife and mother, and the community a kind and generous neighbor. In sickness and distress Mrs. Dunlap was always found administering to the wants of her neighbors. She was much beloved by all who knew her.
Funeral services were conducted from the residence by Rev. Wh[--] Marks, and remains laid to rest in the Nall cemetery Friday at 3 p.m. The bereaved ones have the sympathy of the entire community.
