Otto W. Meyer, 78, of Rock Springs, passed away May 9,1956 at the Reedsburg Municipal hospital following a short illness. Mr. Meyer was a retired farmer. He was a lifelong resident of the Rock Springs area. Surviving Mr. Meyer are two sons, Richard of Rock Springs and Kenneth of Muncie, Indiana, one half-brother, Fred Baumgarten of Baraboo and one half-sister Mrs. Elise Schulze of Reedsburg, two grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife in January of this year,
Funeral services were held in St John's Lutheran church in Rock Springs and burial was in the church cemetery.
