She has been described as truly the "wounded healer" - one who is in the midst of adversity, but always ready to reach out and console someone else. From her love for God, she carried the beacon light of hope. Her God was the source of her strength to run the race of life as a woman with purpose--a woman of extraordinary faith and character. She was a member of Jackson Memorial Baptist Church where she served on the ministerial staff. At the time of her death she was a member of Changing A Generation Full Gospel Baptist Church.
