Mrs. Rosa Alexander of 635 5th S.E. died Sunday, November 21 at her home.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Mt. Canaan Baptist Church. The pastor, the Rev. Ralph Brown will officiate with burial in Biardstown Cemetery by Maxey Funeral Home.
Mrs. Alexander was born May 31, 1896 in Lamar County, daughter of the late Anderson Bills and Ella Armstrong. She was a member of the New Dora Baptist Church in the Glory community.
Survivors are one son, Ralph Alexander of Paris; one daughter, Mrs. Shirley Ellis of Paris; two sisters, Miss Junie Bills of Paris and Mrs. Laura White of Wellington; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
