Third daughter of Colonel George Horace Morgan and Mary "Mollie" Brownson Morgan. She met and married BG Ralph Talbot II, USMA Class of 1905, on 18 June 1907 at Fort Riley, Kansas. They had a typical military life, being assigned to a variety of posts. They had two children: Ralph Talbot III (born 15 July 1912, Chattanooga TN; died 2 October 1963; USMA Class of 1933) and Marguerite Lucy "Peggy Lou" Talbot (born 3 August 1919, Baltimore, MD).
