Angeline married Justus Duckworth on February 28, 1883 at her maternal grandfather Henry Davis home place in North Okaw Twp, Coles County, Illinois. She was sixteen and Justus was twenty-three.
Angeline was bilingual, her third great grandfather Johannes Braun immigrated from Palatinate, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany, in October 20, 1752 on the Duke of Wirtenburg. The German language was not passed on in my side of the family.
