Born in Lawrenceburg, she was married in 1897 to Mel Julien, who died in 1935. In 1949 she was married to Chan McQueeen. Mrs. McQueen was a member of the Remington Presbyterian church, Order of Eastern Star, Pythian Sisters and American Legion Auxiliary.
Surviving with the husband were a daughter, Mrs. Paul Banes of Remington, a son, Ivan Julien of Connersville; three sisters, Mrs. Charles Hupe of Laurel, Fla; Mrs. Mable Campbell of Star City and Mrs. John Hiati of Royal Center, and two brothers, Ferman Haselby of Star City and James Haselby of Connersville.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday at Howard funeral home, Remington, with Rev. Cecil Atkinson officiating. Burial was in Remington cemetery.
