James "Jake" KITTRELL, 58, died Wednesday, 12 January 1972. Mr. Kittrell was born 12 March 1913 in Love County and had lived here all of his life.

Three sons -- James and Clarence of Gainesville, TX, and Herman of Marietta
Six daughters -- Mrs. Bonnie Gann of Lubbock, Tx; Mrs. Goldie Glidewell of Brookshire, TX; Mrs. Ruth Robinson of Thackerville, OK; Mrs. Sue Cavitt of Gainesville, TX; Mrs. Carolyne Rackley of Forestburg, TX; and Mrs. Gelama Teafatiller of Marietta, OK.
Three brothers -- Johnnie Samuel Kittrell of Floydada, TX; Tip Irvin Kittrell of Amherst, TX; and Clarence E. Kittrell of Los Angeles, CA.
Several grandchildren
Services were held at First Baptist in Marietta under the direction of Goodrich Funeral Home.
Ministers -- Rev. H.E. Willliams and Rev. W. P. Rowland
Burial -- Fairview Cemetery, Gainesville, TX.
