My Uncle Marvin
Marvin Sollars was a graduate of Lafayette High School and the Rolla MO State Patrol School. He was a member of the St Joseph police department retiring as Corporal in 1981. Marvin was a devoted member of Woodson Chapel Christian Church serving as a board member & elder emeritus. He was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Police and the American Legion Post #359. Marvin enjoyed fishing, spending 4th of July's at the family cabin at Lake Contrary and was an avid fan of the Cardinals.
