Although the name Justin is male (instead of Justine) and Barry gender neutral, (Irish origin) it is most probable that this was a misspelling error from an era that the data were attempted to be recorded based on the inscription of a decayed memorial (possibly after Korean War).
As per article of Korean Times named 'The death of angel' dated 20120323 by Robert Neff:
She was the daughter of Edward T. McCarthy , manager of Gwendoline Gold Mines in present North Korea (north of Pyongyang).
She was noticed that she was ill with diphtheria on January 19th 1902. Efforts were made in order medicines to be delivered from Pyongyang by courier and even runners were sent in order to try to minimize the time as much as possible. Unfortunately, about half hour before the delivery of the medicines, early morning of January 21st 1902....her father recalled as he was narrating the incident:
"As the first rays of the sun came penetrating her room the little spirit fled from its earthly tenement and only the little clay mould of what she had been lay in my arms."

Due to the prevailing weather conditions and the illness she suffered it was proposed to the parents to be cremated but they denied. Her body was placed inside a cave for 2 months and the cave was sealed. Parents visited the place daily and their grief touched many workers and peasants, Koreans and Chinese. Thus, not only they attended her funeral but took care of her temporary resting place, and showed great respect in every aspect.
In the Spring of 1902 it was made possible , her remains to be transferred to Chemulpo/Incheon and be buried there.
