Frank was the son of Szimon and Karolina Schriebier. He married Rozalia "Rose" Piotrowski about 1885 and they immigrated to the US about 1889. They settled in Trenton, New Jersey. The couple had seven children: Francis, Katherine, Anna, Peter, John, Rosa, and Thomas. At the time of his death Frank was employed as an iron worker. He died of cancer of the esophagus.
