Frankie was the son of Roy Preston and Clara Mable (Carney) McKim. He died from a ruptured appendix. There was a terrible snow storm and my grandfather was not able to get Frankie to the hospital in time to save his life. The McKims lived in a very rural and wooded area of Blackberrry, MN. We've carried Frankie in our hearts all these years.

Frankie is buried with his parents and brother Edward.
