R. A. (SHAD) HUNT, DARKSVILLE, DIES
R. A. (Shad) Hunt, 74, life-long resident of the Jacksonville and Darksville vicinity, died at 11:15 o'clock last night in McCormick Hospital, where he had been a patient about a week, suffering from a heart ailment.
Mr. Hunt was born on a farm west of Jacksonville. He was a member of the Mt. Shiloh Church at Darksville.
He is survived by two nephews, Lloyd Hunt, near Moberly and Ralph Hunt, Topeka, Kas. ad a niece, Mrs. Sam Summers of Lauderdale, Fla.
The body has been taken to the Snow Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon in the Mt. Shiloh Church and burial will be in the Barnhart Cemetery, north of Darksville.
