Dorothy Perkins, aged 12 years died of pneumonia Friday night, March 8, 1929, at the family home on South Tenth Street. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon from the Selby Funderal home, Rev. S.R. McCarthy conducting the services. Interment was made in Mountain View Cemetery.

Music was provided by Mrs. Frank Hefferlin and Mrs. V.H. Berggreen. The pallbearers were Gerald Wiggins, Johnnie Smith, Richard Schwanke, Ralph Amann, George Barker and Ballard Price, all schoolmates of Dorothy's.

Dorothy Perkins was born to Otto Ray and Esta Mae Thomas Perkins October 19, 1917 in Livingston. She is survived by her parents, and her siblings; Dale Snavely, Thelma Snavely, Alma Perkins, Ruth Perkins, and Betty Perkins.

She was preceded in death by her twin infant brothers, and an infant sister.
