Ramsey invited the man to his restaurant for a free meal. The man accepted, ate and left.

Watching television later, Ramsey saw the mans' picture. He called the state police and asked about his former guest - and was told he had held stake Kentucky's fifth most-wanted fugitive, Conrad Combs, 38, wanted for shooting and wounding with intent to kill.
