Funeral services for Elizabeth Sheppard Fine, 91, of Little Elm, Texas were conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, May 17, 2010 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel with Mark Bowles officiating. Burial followed in Rosehill Cemetery.
Mrs. Fine was surrounded by her loved ones when she passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2010 at her home. She was born in Forney, Texas on June 18, 1918, the daughter of Audie (Lindsey) and James Henry Sheppard.
Elizabeth married Thomas Morgan Fine in 1939. They were together 65 years before his death in January of 2005. Elizabeth attended Stonebriar Community Church.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Fine is preceded in death by her parents and brother, James Sheppard.
She is survived by her son, Thomas M. Fine III and wife, Nancy Gail, of Little Elm; grandchildren, Thomas Morgan Fine IV, Amber Fine Coates, Tobi Johnson Cornell, and Walker Todd Johnson; great grandchildren, Zachary Aaron Fine, Gage Morgan Coates, Cooper Marshall Cornell, and Hudson Davis Cornell; sisters, Mary Lillian Youngblood of San Antonio and Patricia Breedlove of Tyler; and numerous nieces and nephews.
