Ludovici Waters Dennison, known to his many intimate friends as “Ludo”, passed away Friday afternoon at five o’clock at his home, 404 Liberty street, following an illness of several weeks. Services will be held Monday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock at the home. Rev. T. S. Dickson, pastor of the First Presbyterian church, officiating. Interment will be in Oakland cemetery, and will be private.

Mr. Dennison was a son of Captain and Mrs. Robert Dennison, and was born in Warren May 25, 1870. With the exception of a few 5 years in Philadelphia where he had charge of banks, his entire life was spent in this community where he was held in the highest of esteem by all who knew him.

He was married to Miss Florence Lee, of Franklin, April 19, 1900, the wedding taking place in Pittsburgh. Besides his wife he is survived by a son. Lt. Commander Robert Lee Dennison, now stationed at Mare Island on the submarine Cuttlefish; a daughter Miss Barbara Dennison, of Warren, and a brother Myron W. Dennison, of Cleveland.

Mr. Dennison was a member of the First Presbyterian church; was active in the Conewango club where he was not only chairman of the house committee but had been managing the business affairs for several years. He was also an honorary member of the Conewango Fishing club. Friends are asked to please omit flowers.
