Esther M. Winterland, 83, Fairbury, died at 5:38 a.m. Thursday (Dec. 30, 2010) at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Gibson City.
Esther was born Feb. 3, 1927, in Anchor, the daughter of William and Lena (Kalmbrunn) Warsaw. She married Delmar Donaldson. She married Walter Winterland on June 14, 1970, in Bloomington. He survives in Fairbury.
She was preceded in death by her parents, six brothers and two sisters.
Esther was a 1944 graduate of Anchor High School and retired from State Farm Insurance Cos. in 1973. She attended the Ruth Bible Study Circle and was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Forrest, and Forrest American Legion Auxiliary.
