William Blue, aged seventy-one, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Frank Anderson, near New Waverly, last Thursday, of hemorage(sic) of the lungs. About twenty five years ago he lived on the Norwood farm northeast of Bunker Hill.
He leaves seven children, four sons and three daughters, who are: Charles of New Santa Fe; Frank and William of Lambert, Mont.; Arthur of Charleston, Miss., Mesdames Viola Anderson, of New Waverly; Franzetta Slaughter, of Amboy, and Nellie Knight, of Charleston, Miss. There are also two brothers, John of Lambert, Mont. and B. N. Blue, of Bunker Hill.
The funeral was held at the M. E. church at New Waverly, Monday at 1:30. Interment in Rankin cemetery. J. W. Duckwall and wife and B. N. Blue and wife, of this place attended the funeral.
