I.; "had been depressed over financial matters"; disappeared from her home in Brooklyn & went missing; she was found dead in her summer home at Northport on 19 April 1934, having committed suicide by "asphyxiation from illuminating gas"; had been dead a few days when found; funeral services were held at Northport by Rev. Otto of Trinity Episcopal Church, Northport
