She is survived by a brother, Gene Brakebill and wife Nan of Knoxville, and by nieces, Anne Tiura of Seattle, WA and Susan and husband Jimmy Thompson of Corryton. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church and a former member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church in Blount County, where she is to be buried. She was an accomplished pianist, and played for the Worship Services there for many years.
Family and friends are asked to gather at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 25, at the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery for a graveside service led by the Rev. Raymond Burnett.
