Mr. Curtis J. (Pepper) Adams, age 78 of 4326 Daisy Dr died on Sunday, April 8, 1979 at his home after a long illness. He was born to Thomas Joseph and Cora Josephine "Boden" Adams in Linden, WI and has been a Madison resident for the past 40 yrs.

He was a Mason and was employed by the R.W. (Bud) Martin Mason Contractors.

Mr. Adams was a ardent hunter, trapper, fisherman and loved the out of doors

Mr. Adams is survived by his wife Alice, seven daughters, Mrs. Virgil (Margaret) Normington of Rt. 2 Brooklyn, WI, Mrs. Harold (Betty) Stanford of the State of Washington, Mrs.Kenneth (Dorothy) Friede, Mrs. Ronald (Mary Jane) Melvin, Mrs. James (Beverly) Mosel all of Madison, Mrs.Marian Roberts of California and Mrs. Gerald (Cathi) Zingg of Mt. Horeb. He is further survived by three sons: Grover Adams of Oregon, WI, Robert Adams of Mineral Point, WI, and Don Adams of Madison. four step children: Mrs. Loyal (Janet) Melvin, Jerry and Robert Cooper all of Madison and Jack Cooper of Texas. A sister Mrs. Pearl Brown of Linden, WI, 68 Grandchildren and 21 Great Grandchildren. Curtis was proceeded in death by his parents Joseph & Cora (Boden) Adams, first wife: Marie Kathryn "Richard's Adams, Brother's John and Jack, sister's Effie and Twin baby sister's, a son Kenneth Adams in 1954, and two daughter"s: Alice Agnes Adams and Waunita Peck in 1977 and several grand and great grandchildren
