Queen of Saxony. She was the fourth child from the second marriage of her father. From 1850 on, she was head of the Dresden woman's association. Her marriage to her husband produced nine children and in 1854, she became Queen of Saxony. The district of Schonfeld erected a memorial in 1872 in honor of their 50th wedding anniversary.
