Rita Haber, nee Rachofsky, age 96, passed away February 25, 2011.

She was the wife of Max; the sister of Albert (Annette) Rachofsky; aunt of Theodore (Marcia) Rachofsky, Alana (Charles) O'Neil, Susan Rachofsky and Mindy Rachofsky.

Graveside services: Tuesday, 1 p.m., Rosehill Cemetery, 5800 N. Ravenswood, Chicago.
