A wonderful dad, who will always be missed. I can still see you sitting under the weeping willow tree, in that old chair, with our dog, "Shep," by your side. and remembering your beautiful baby blue eyes. All 12 of your children took after mom, having brown or hazel eyes, but your grand and great-grandchildren have green or blue eyes, just like there grandpa.
You showed us how to have respect for our fellow man, and to love one another. You raised us to be good people, and I have tried to instill your teachings in my own children. They too will grow up to teach their families what their grandpa has instilled in their mom. Thank you dad, and thank you God, for giving me this wonderful man, I call "Daddy."
