Bonar Ankrom died at the home of his sister, Mrs. Joseph Morris, of Jefferson township, Friday morning, January 8, aged 54 years. He was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Ankrom, deceased, and had been in failing health for several years. He is survived by three brothers and three sisters, William, Milton and John Ankrom, of Jefferson; Mrs. Martha Morris, of Fordyce; Mrs. Mary Parshall, of Ninevah, and Mrs. Joseph Morris, of Jefferson township. The funeral was held on Sunday, at 1 o'clock, conducted by the Rev. John C. McMinn. Interment in the Ankrom burying ground.
