She was the first wife of John Graham Hope de la Poer Beresford, 5th Baron Decies, and the daughter of George Jay Gould and Edith M. Kingdon.
∼Helen Vivien Gould (c1885-1931). Daughter of George Jay Gould I (1864-1923) and Edith M. Kingdon (c1865-1921), she married John Graham Hope De La Poer Horsley-Beresford (1866-1944) the fifth Baron of Decies around 1911. On October 31, 1900 in Paris, France George Jay Gould II (1885-?) was appointed trustee for Helen after her husband spent 23 million francs in four years of her money. He was given an income from her fortune of 3 million per year but was a profligate spender.
