Montana Pioneer Is Dead. Brother of Former Governor Toole Passes Away at Helena
Helena, July 19--Claudius E. Toole, a pioneer cattle and sheep man of Montana, died here today at the home of his brother, former Governor Joseph K. Toole, at the age of 70
years. He first came to the state in 1866.
He is survived by his wife and three children; also two brothers, Benjamin W., of Billings, and the former governor, of this city, and two sisters, Mrs. Jennie Atchison and Mrs. Ella Stout, both of Helena.
