FORSYTH, MT. ---- Pernelle M. Gray, 93, a former Home Economics Teacher in Forsyth Schools died Saturday in Rosebud Community Nursing Home.

She was a member of Federated Church, past mother advisor of Rainbow Girls and a member of Forsyth Garden Club and Forsyth senior Citizens.

She was born in Brandon, MN., a daughter of Ole and Margaretta Wold.

She attended Minnesota Schools and Scout Institute in Menomonie, WI.

She taught school in Texas for two years before moving to Forsyth, MT., in 1913.

She married Guy W. Gray, June 14, 1916 in Laurel, MT.

They homesteaded north Vananda, MT., for a few years before moving to Forsyth where she continued to teach.

Mr. Gray died March 3, 1984.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Margarette Alice Brown of Winter Park, FL., four grandchildren, four great grandchildren.

Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Beals Mortuary Chapel.

Burial will be in the Forsyth Cemetery, Forsyth, MT.
