She retired from Penn Brass and Copper. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and enjoyed cooking and baking.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, John J. Kozak, in 1990; a daughter, Dolores Ann Ebner; two sisters, Agnes Gido and Marian Baracka; two brothers, Albert and Andy Sabol; and a granddaughter, Barbara Balthazor.
Survivors include a son, John A. Kozak and his wife, Karen, of Erie; four sisters, Ann Winkler, Julie Chulick and Ethel Bensur, all of Erie, and Elaine Barner of Lake City; two brothers, Frank Sabol and his wife, Jean, and Rudy Sabol, all of Girard; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Entombment will be at Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum.
