My Aunt Marcella was one of my favorite aunts. She was my dad's older sister.

She was born to Walter & Ila (Coutchie) Warner, the oldest of their four children together. She had three younger siblings: Walter Maurice, Dorothy Mae, and Duane Joseph. Her father's first wife died due to complications from childbirth. She had four older half-siblings: Howard William, Clarence Earl, Sarah Beatrix Genevieve, who died in childhood, and Ernest Walter, who died in infancy.

She married Maxwell Jay Bradshaw on August 3, 1940 in Flint, Michigan. They were the parents of two children, Penny and Bart. Bart died in an auto accident on Max and Marcella's wedding anniversary. He was 20.

She was extremely talented and taught quilting and crocheting lessons for years. She made dolls, quilts, afghans, etc.

She was a faithful Catholic her entire life and she served as a Eucharist Minister. She always took care of others, even when she was in her 80s.

She leaves behind her daughter, Penny, two grandchildren, David and Carrie, and their families including two great-grandchildren, Sarah and Zane, and her beloved cat, Kitty.

She was a wonderful person, one who will be missed dearly.
