George P. Hoffmann, the son of Friedrich Hoffmann and Mary Elisabeth Allmann, was a successful dairy farmer in the Town of Lima in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin. On May 3, 1905 he married Ms. Alvina Matilda Agusta Schwalbe, the widow of Charles Frederick William Allmann. They were the parents of five children who were: Irma, Elmer, Herbert, Ruth and Edith. Mr. Hoffmann ran for County Commissioner in Sheboygan County.

He is interred at the Onion River Cemetery near Waldo, Wisconsin.
