OGDEN - LeVerne H. Bond, our loving father, grandpa, and great grandpa
rode off into the sunset on June 19, 2008.
LeVerne was born in Kemmerer, Wyoming on October 1, 1932., the son of Roy Everette and Delia (Hysell) Bond.
He grew up in Carter, Wyoming with his brother Roy Jr. He enjoyed horses, singing and playing the guitar with his orchestra and spent many hours hunting arrowheads.
LeVerne married Lorraine Conley on July 3, 1956 in Kemmerer, Wyoming.
He worked for the Union Pacific Railroad for many years and was a member of the LDS church.
LeVerne is survived by his daughters, Raelynn (Wayne) Whiting and Jodie (Kris) Pritchard; grandsons, Ryan (Trish) Whiting and Corey (Christin) Whiting; granddaughters, Amy Kristen Pritchard and Jessica Ann Pritchard; great granddaughters, Jadelynn, Grace, and Faith; great grandsons, Wade and Jude.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lorraine; parents, Roy and Delia; brother, Roy Jr.; cousin LeVear who was like a brother and many other loved ones.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Crandall Funeral Home, 800 Uinta St., Evanston, WY,. where friends and family may visit from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. prior to the service.
Interment will be in the Evanston Cemetery in Evanston, WY.
Funeral arrangements under the direction of Myers Mortuary of Ogden.
