The death of Mrs. Charles E Darling occured suddenly last evening at her home, 604 Grand Street. Mrs. Darling was born in Glen Cove L.I. and came to Troy about 55 years ago and resided her since. She was a member of the Church of the Holy Cross, the Women's Guild and the Women's Auxiliary. The survivors include her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Eugene W Peabody, and two sisters, Mrs. Henry Pieper of New York and Mrs. Charles Dexter of Waterford. Troy NY Times, Mon 23 Oct 1933
