Actor. He was a prolific American actor of film and television who had supporting roles with only a few lines, and at times, his roles were uncredited. He is credited with roles in three hundred films between 1933 and his death. Starting with his debut in "Riot Squad" in 1933, he appeared in "The Case of The Howling Dog" in 1934, "Flight To Fame" in 1938, "Davy Crockett, Indian Scout" in 1950, "Illegal" in 1955, "Last of The Badmen" in 1957, "Saintly Sinners" in 1962 and "For Those Who Think Young" in 1964, shortly before his death. During his television career, he appeared in a host of series in a one-episode guest role, but in "The Loretta Young Show" starting in the early 1950s, he had roles in six episodes, which followed with "People's Choice" and "Schlitz Playhouse" with nine episodes, "Matinee Theater" and "The Deputy" with eight episodes, "Lux Video Theater" with five episodes, "Ben Jarrod" in 1963 with 67 episodes, "Rawhide" with four episodes, and several series with two or three episodes.
