Singer. He began his career when he won an amateur hour contest on the Fred Allen radio show. In 1935 he began performing with Jimmy and Tommy Dorsey. He also worked with Tutti Camarata, Wayne King, Helen O'Connell, Milt Yaner, and his brother, Ray Eberle. Among his many recordings are "Amapola," "Tangerine," "Green Eyes," "My Devotion," "I Hear A Rhapsody," "Body And Soul," "Our Love," "Blue Champagne," "My Sister And I," and "It Happened In Hawaii." (bio by: K)
