Bathsheba Eads was born in Platte County, Mo., May 5, 1848 and came with her parents to Atchison County in 1855. She was united in marriage with Peter J. Cline, February 25, 1867 and departed this life, September 10, 1910, aged 62 years 7 months and five days.She is survived by her husband and six children. Leonidas Cline, Mrs. Anna Glattfelder, all of Cummings; Mrs. Ella Turner of Coffeyville, Kan., John and Miss Belle Cline still at home.
She was a true wife and affectionate mother, a friend that could be depended on at all times, and was held in highest esteem by all her neighbors. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. William L. Morris at the family residence Monday and a large number of Sympathizing friends followed the remains to their last resting place in Cummings cemetery.
