David L. McGovern, 53, died Saturday March 20, at 3 p.m., due to a heart attack at Memorial Hospital, Forest Lake. His parents are Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence McGovern, Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was bornin Duluth, August 14, 1917. He was a Marine veteran of World War II. Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 24 at 10 a.m. at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Forest Lake with the Rev. Dennis O'Keefe officiating. Interment was in the National Cemetery, Fort Snelling. Surviving him is his widow Los; two sons; his parents; two brothers; and three sisters
