Daniel Putnam Tyler, s. of Capt. Daniel Tyler, Jr. and Mehitable Putnam, b. Mar. 1, 1776 at Pomfret, Conn. He graduated from Yale College at New Haven, Conn. in 1794 and was an attorney at Whitesboro, NY where he died of fever and unmarried Jan. 18, 1798. [re: Bowditch. Bio.
