Only child of Judge Daniel J. & Susanna B. (Gray) Neff; both natives of Pennsylvania.

First married (secretly) at age 16 years in 1902 to ? Metzger in Santa Fe, New Mexico; they divorced in summer of 1905. NB - Mr. Metzger graduated Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia in 1908.

Second married on 9 April 1908 to James Monroe Munyon in Jersey City, New Jersey (his 3rd of 4 marriages); she filed for divorce in 1914 and returned to her acting career.

Philadelphia, April 12 -- Friends of Dr. J.M. Munyon were greatly surprised at the announcement of his marriage in Jersey City on Thursday to Pauline Neff, an actress who is regarded as one of the handsomest women on the vaudeville stage. She is 24 years of age and her husband is 60. She is a daughter of Judge D.J. Neff of Altoona, Pa. Dr. Munyon is widely known as a manufacturer and disburser of patent medicines. A wedding supper followed at the Waldorf. The newly-married couple will depart on a honeymoon to Australia.

Third married Frank Coffyn bef 1920 (his 2nd marriage); they divorced bef 1928. Frank was a pioneer flyer and aviation consultant. He learned to fly from the Wright Brothers in Dayton Ohio, was a member of the original Wright Flying Team.
