The funeral of Mrs. Gertrude Marquette McAfee. 85, of 3353 Woods, who died Sunday, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Wadlows, the Rev. David Gracey officiating. Burial will be in Wyuka. Mrs. McAfee was born at Plattsmouth and came lo Lincoln when she was 4. Her father, Turner M. Marquette, was a prominent early attorney here. She studied art in Chicago and in England, where she married Mr. Frederick M. Stoney. They lived in India about five years until he died and she returned to England. She later married James McAfee, a Boston interior decorator, and they lived at 1801 C in Lincoln. After Mr. McAfee's death in Omaha several years ago she returned to Lincoln and lived at 1204 So. 18th.
