Charles J. Teske Of Rochester Dies

Charles J. Teske, 84, of 911 2nd Ave. NW, died today of cancer at his home. He had been ill for about five months.

Mr. Teske, a retired farmer, was born in Portage, Wis., on Oct. 28, 1885. He married Verna Witlsey on Nov. 3, 1915, at Rochester. He farmed for many years in Haverhill Township before moving into the city 10 years ago.

Survivors include his widow; one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Rachel) Stevenson of Elgin; one son, Harold Teske of Bonner, Mont.; one sister, Mrs. Otto Baker of Pine Island; one brother, Emil of Rochester, nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sons, three brothers and six sisters.

Funeral arrangements are pending at the Ranfranz Funeral Home in Rochester.
