Barney Buckana Clemons 49, of Thornton, a timberman, died Tuesday at a Camden hospital. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lorene Hutchens Clemons; three sons, Waymon D. Clemons, Wesley Clemons and Buck Clemons of Thornton; two daughters, Patsy Clemons of LIttle Rock and Helen Clemons of Thornton: one brother, Larkin Clemons of Beardon; and four sisters, Mrs. Jack Cathey of Thornton, Mrs. James Landers, and Mrs. Lena McKinney of Buena Vista, and Mrs. Homer Garrett of Beardon.
Funeral service will be conducted at 2 P.M. Thursday at Benton Funeral Home here by Rev. Jewell Murry and Rev. Lowery Smith. Burial will be in Double Springs Cemetery.
