Mrs. Emma L. Wommer, New Ringgold R. 2, died yesterday in Allentown Hospital. She was 80.
A native and lifelong resident of West Penn Township, she was a daughter of the late Jeremiah and Priscilla Leiby Schaeffer.
She was a member of the Lutheran wing of Zion Stone Church, West Penn Township.
Her husband Elmer Wommer, died a number of year ago.
Surviving are a daughter Mary, wife of Fred Smith, at home; a brother Earl Schaeffer, New Ringgold R.2; a sister Mrs. Ida Kramer, Tamaqua; a foster sister Mrs. Cora Barker, Youngstown, Ohio; a grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
