Back in the day, Benny was part of our little group. We were a tight group, there were only four of us, Benny, Blair, Jill, and myself. We spent many long days riding in Blair's 56 chevy, listening to rock & roll, swimming in the lake, or just hanging out together. Benny lived behind the old Pinkney Mill in South Gastonia. He was always polite and fun to be around. It's hard to believe they are all gone now.
