Born July 11, 1936 in Gloversville, she is the daughter of Paul and Mildred Hisert Cordone Sr. She was a graduate of Gloversville High School and a homemaker. Mrs. Albanese had resided in Clifton Park for the past 27 years. Barbarann was an avid collector, especially of antiques, dolls and crystal. She was a former member of the Rotterdam Junction Fire Department Auxiliary and a longtime devoted animal lover. She is survived by her husband, George J. Albanese of Clifton Park whom she married May 17, 1958; her children, Deborah Prue of Round Lake, Teresa Albanese of Round Lake and Richard J. (Maria) Albanese of Rexford. She is also survived by her parents, Mildred Hisert Cordone of Mechanicville, and Paul Cordone Sr. of Mayfield; a sister, Lynn (Robert) Kaiser of Amsterdam; a brother, Paul (Francine) Cordone Jr. of Gloversville; a brother-in-law, Joseph (Barbara) Albanese of New Windsor, N.Y.; and three grandchildren, Jessica Prue, Philip Albanese and Emily Albanese; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Church in Gloversville.
