Olive Frances Trent, 69, of Baisden, died Monday, Oct. 4, 1999, at Giles Memorial Hospital, Pearisburg, Va. Born July 4, 1930, at Fredricktown, Penn., she was a daughter of the late Calvin Piper and Thelma Pearl Christopher Piper, Bunker Hill.
She was also preceded in death by husband, Jay Trent; son, Steven Randolph Trent; sister, Thelma Leona Austin. She was a homemaker and of the Protestant faith.
Survivors: mother-in-law, Martha Trent, Baisden; son, Jimmie (Tonya) Trent, Baisden; daughter, Gloria Bowles, Baisden; sisters, Mrs. Robert (Geraldine) Ellis, Bunker Hill, Mrs. Gary (Karen) Faught, Danbury, Wis.; grandchildren, T.R. Bowles, Bobby Joe Trent, Stephanie Lynn Trent, Steven "Boo" Trent II, Whitney Trent, B.J. Trent.
Funeral: 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 7, 1999, at Mounts Funeral Home, with the Revs. Billy Beheler, Clayton Cline, and Marshall Harless officiating. Burial: Hatfield Cemetery, Hampden.
Pallbearers: Mark Cline, Michael Mangus, Timmy Beheler, Robert Ellis Jr., Calvin Lloyd Ellis, Timmy Layne. Visitation: 6-9 p.m. today, at the funeral home.
